All products now require a minimum purchase of three, with a minimum order of $200.
Terms:
Net 30 on approved open accounts. Minimum order for Net 30 customers is $300. First order from new accounts require credit card payment until credit application is received and approved. A monthly service charge of 18% on past due balances. $25.00 service charge on returned checks. No exceptions.
Delivery Time:
In order to offer the freshest products possible and allow for proper "cure" time with our candles…ALL orders require a minimum of three weeks from the time the order is received. Holiday ship times will be longer. Please plan accordingly. Orders are filled in the order in which they are received. All wholesale orders must meet the minimum of 3 each item per purchase…no exceptions. Sorry, no rush orders.
Freight:
Orders shipped FOB Chambersburg, PA. We select the optimum delivery method, unless otherwise directed.
Prices:
Subject to change without notice. All prices shown in U.S. Dollars.
Shipping Claims:
Claims for damage incurred during transit must be made by the customer with Backntyme within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel your order we would appreciate notification within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is in process we regret there will be no cancellations. Since all orders are processed upon receipt of order any order cancelled will incur a re-stocking charge of 25% of the total bill.
Returns:
What an odd thought...a return policy??!! Our intention is to offer products that you'll love so much that you'll want more and more...not to return them!
